«I have a deep love for nature and a profound connection with plants. Through my artwork, I strive to depict the energetic interaction between people and nature. I believe that technology enhances our senses and capabilities, leading to the evolution of humanity. Exploring the harmonious fusion of nature, technology, and humanity is a passion of mine.»

Education & Experiences

Dinda (1990) is an Argentine artist born in Buenos Aires. Since 2020, she has been residing in The Hague, Netherlands, where she actively maintains her artistic production. Her connection with nature, especially with plants, is the main source of inspiration in her work. Dinda graduated from the Practical Gardening course (ET Hicken 2017) and utilizes her knowledge of the plant world and the emotions generated by her contact with nature to create her art.

Dinda is a Front-End developer trained at ADA itw (3rd generation, 2018), certified in «The Nature of Code» by the Processing Foundation (Shiffman, 2018), and in «Programming for the Visual Arts with P5.js» by UCLA ARTS (2018). She applies her programming knowledge for artistic purposes.

She has participated in several conferences, including her role as a speaker at CCS Conf Argentina 2018 at the Konex, and at the Processing Community Day with «Augmented Reality and Machine Learning with p5.js» in 2019, both events held in Buenos Aires.

Dinda has participated in various collective and solo exhibitions, including her first solo exhibition at the Semilla Cultural Center in 2013, and her participation in FAUNA at the San Martín Cultural Center (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 2019), Concrete House (international virtual exhibition, 2021), and the Alliance Française (Arequipa, Peru, 2022). At the Carcova Museum, Dinda took part in the artistic residency «Las Orillas» with the research project «Roots, Beyond the Limit.» There, she taught an algorithm to recognize three of the garden’s trees and exhibited an augmented reality and machine learning artwork, in addition to giving a conference on «Different Realities.»

Dinda is studying at the National University of the Arts (UNA), where she is a thesis student in the Digitalization Bachelor’s degree program and an advanced student in the Drawing and Painting Bachelor’s degree programs. In 2018, she participated in the Virtual Reality research team at the Zerbarini department of the university. In 2022, she was selected for the inauguration of Prilidiano Pueyrredón, the university’s virtual gallery, where she presented a «walking through» of «Hidden Diamonds,» representing the Cáceres department.

Dinda creates 3D virtual environments that can be navigated through a computer or a virtual reality headset. Her artistic production includes virtual reality sculptures that can be 3D printed, photography, drawing, and painting, all of which are digitally modified. Currently, she exhibits her production from 2022 and early 2023 in a virtual gallery within Spatial, a virtual and multi-platform environment. Her art represents the energy of nature, crystals, beings, and, especially, the relationship between people and plants.
